This is a selective guidebook to the popular sea cliff climbing at Pembroke, with extensive coverage of North Pembroke and all the popular areas in the Range East area, from Flimstone Bay around to Mother Carey's Kitchen.

In North Pembroke the crags covered are Porth-Clais, Porth-y-Ffynnon, Initiation Slabs, Craig Caerfai, and Carreg-y-Barcud. In South Pembroke the crags covered are Flimstone Bay, Crystal Slabs, Mosaic Wall, Mewsford, Crickmail, Triple Overhang Buttress, Blockhouse to Sitting Bull, The Castle, Rusty Walls, Misty Walls, Box Zawn, Saddle Head, Bosherston Head, Huntsman's Leap, Stennis Head, Stennis Ford, Chapel Point, Trevallen, St. Govan's, St. Govan's East, Mowing Word, Stackpole, and Mother Carey's Kitchen.

The guidebook details over 650 routes that are described using large colour photo topos and full route descriptions. This along with good crag location maps and many action photographs make this an excellent guidebook. Publish by Rockfax in August 2009.
