This guidebook describes 30 graded fell walks on the ridges and high peaks of the English Lake District, ranging from 7km to 23km long. Every route is graded for difficulty, has a detailed description, and includes OS mapping.

These walks explore some of England's finest and highest mountain scenery, from classic horseshoes and traditional ascents to lesser-known routes to quieter summits. Areas covered are Keswick, Borrowdale and Buttermere, the Western Valleys, Coniston and Langdale, Ambleside, Grasmere, Windermere, and Ullswater.
