These majestic and challenging fell walks amid the glorious scenery of the Lake District mountains provide impressive mountain-top views, and some of the best fell walking country in the Lake District. It describes routes up the peaks of Scafell Pike (the highest mountain in the Lake District), Helvellyn, Skiddaw, Bowfell, Great Gable and Blencathra, many of which are over 900m high (nearly 3000 feet).
