3) Inland and Coastal Limestone - Dinas Rock, Darren Fawr, Taffs Well, Taffs Well West, Gilwern East, Gilwern West, Witches Point, Temple Bay, Castle Upon Alun, and Costa del Major.
4) Valleys Sandstone - Craig Cwm, Dyffryn, Abbey Buttress, Pen Pych, Space Mountain, Treherbert Quarry, Gelli, Ferndale, Blaenllechau, Dan Dicks, Trebanog, Glynfach, Trehafod, The Darren, Cwmaman, Mountain Ash, Mount Pleasant, The Gap, Navigation Quarry, Abertysswg, Deri, Bargoed, Ridgeway, Llanbradach, Tyle y Coch, Sirhowy, Cox's Quarry, Cross Keys Quarry, Cwmcarn, and Tirpentwys.

The guidebook describes around 2,700 routes across a wide range of grades that are shown on colour photo topos. At the start of each crag is a description describing the aspect and character of the climbing to be found, along with a location map, and approach information.
