This Hot Rock in the Pyrenees guidebook describes 13 major rock climbing areas around El Pont de Suert in the Spanish Pyrenees.  In this compact area there is a wide variety rock types including conglomerate, limestone and granite.  The guidebook describes a good mixture of multi-pitch and single pitch rock routes.   Many of the multi-pitch routes are between 200m to 300m long, though the odd monster route over 1,000m long is also included. 

The 13 areas covered in this Hot Rock in the Pyrenees Guidebook are as follows:
Soperuny, Serra de Lleras, Sopeira, Escales, El Pont de Suert, Serra de Sant Gervas, Viuet, Valle de Isabena, Pared de la Tuberia, Llauset, Tunel de Vielha, Naut Aran, and Baish Aran.

All the routes are shown easy-to-follow topo diagrams.   Symbols indicate if the routes are full bolted, partially bolted requiring some trad gear, or pure trad routes requiring a full set of cams and nuts.  There are simple overview maps for each area, with further maps for each sector where appropriate.

Published in July 2020 this guidebook is in Spanish text throughout but a large amount of information is conveyed by symbols, along with a great selection of action photographs.
