Description

This guidebook describes some of Italy’s best multi-pitch sea cliff climbing between the Circeo Cape and Gaeta, which is to north of Napoli (Nalpes).  This 18km of stunning coastline, which also includes Leano, Sperlonga and Moneta, many multi-pitch sport routes of which the best 249 routes are described in this guidebook.  All the routes are on limestone rock.

Each route is described in great detail and shown on a combination of colour line topos and colour photo topos, and a short description for each pitch.  Information is given on the level commitment required and how well the route is bolted, and/or if any trad gear is required.  For some pitches an obligatory grade is also given where an element of aid can also be used.  At the start of each area there is a location map and approach information. 

Published in 2026 (revised 2^nd edition) this guidebook is in Italian text throughout.  This new edition has more than 50 routes than the previous edition that is reflected by new development and the re-equipping of older routes.  This is adventurous climbing above the sea at its best; with most routes fairly well bolted, though for some routes trad gear will also be required.
