This guidebook describes the finest bouldering and circuits in the forests of Fontainebleau and covers nearly 40 separate areas.  All the main areas are included such as Trois Pignons, Bas Cuvier, Apremont, Franchard, and L' Elephant near Nemours. In each area several different circuits are described from yellow (easy) to white (hard), though the guidebook mainly concentrates on yellow, orange, blue and red circuits.  In total the guidebook covers just under 100 different circuits and over 3,000 boulder problems.

There is a good location map at the start of each area. For each circuit there is a detailed map of all the boulders, along with the number of problems and their grade (Font grades).
