Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping
\nAll products are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK, and posted using the Royal Mail.
\nFor all UK orders these will be dispatched either 1st class or 2nd class as chosen at the point of ordering. 2nd class postage is FREE for all folding maps and small books. If there is a charge for 2nd class postage then this will be displayed at the point of ordering, and is calculated by weight.
\nFor all orders to be dispatched outside the UK, this is sent via International Airmail. The final delivery will be done by National Postal Service of the country being delivered to. The cost of postal is calculated by weight.
\n2. Return Policy
\nWe are committed to providing the best customer service available. As sure we are happy to refund or exchange any item you return to us. All we ask is the returned items ae unused and in a saleable condition, i.e. as good as new. If you want to make a return, please proceed as follows:
\n2.1. Wrong Item Dispatched
\nIf within 30 days of ordering we have dispatched the wrong item, you can return the goods for a full refund (including postage and packaging) or for an exchange. We will also pay for the return postage back to us. We only ask that the products are returned via the cheapest method and to obtain a proof of posting.
\n2.2. Change of Mind
\nIf you change your mind (within 30 days of ordering) about a product and no longer require it, then this can be returned and will be refunded in full. However we will not be liable for your return postage. Please note that in order to qualify for a full refund; the products must not have been used in any way, and not damaged.
\n2.3. Damaged Product(s)
\nIf when the product(s) are received and they are damaged, please contact us within 30 days of ordering. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage along the packaging the product(s) were delivered in. The product(s) can then be returned for a full refund (including postage and packaging) or for an exchange. We will also pay for the return postage back to us. We only ask that the products are returned via the cheapest method and to obtain a proof of posting.
\n2.4. Returns Procedure
\nTo return your product(s) just follow the simple instructions below.

All product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt, have not been used and in their original packaging.
The original receipt must be returned.
Once the returned goods have been checked then you will receive the appropriate refund.
2.5. Un-delivered Product(s)
\nIf the product(s) ordered have not been received, this must be reported to us within 30 days from ordering to qualify for a full refund or replacement product(s). If product(s) are returned to us due to an incorrect address or are not collected from a local postal service a full refund less the original postage fee will be given.
