The West Highland Way is 95 miles (152 km) long, and is classed as Scotland’s premiere long distance path. The route starts at Fort William at the foot of Ben Nevis the route finishes at Milngavie on the outskirts of Glasgow.
The West Highland Way passes through some dramatic scenery from Ben Nevis (the highest mountain in the UK), the entrance to the Glencoe valley, to the shores of Loch Lomond. The trail follows an amazing route of mountainous scenery and includes some challenging terrain.
