Abies have produced a series of walking and hiking maps that covers the whole coast of Sardinia, as shown opposite. These maps show many walking, hiking and cycling paths and trails at a scale of 1:60,000, including a number of graded walking and cycling routes, and are available to buy from our shop.
Coastal map 1 covers the capital Cagliari and its surrounding areas. This includes the western half of the Sarrabus Mountains, the peak of Punta Serpeddi (1,069m high,) and the Gulf of Cagliari (Gulf of the Angels).
Coastal map 2 covers an area to the west of Cagliari and includes Sulcis Mountains, and the island of Sant’ Antioco.
Coastal map 3 is unfortunately out of print though it did cover the Monte Linas-Oridda-Marganai Regional Park.
Coastal map 4 covers the Gulf of Oristano, the town of Oristano and the island of San Pietro.
Coastal map 5 covers the city of Alghero and its surrounding area including Capo Caccia peninsula.
Coastal map 6 covers the towns of Sassari, Baratz Lake and the Asinara National Park (Isola Asinara)
Coastal map 7 covers the northern coast of Sardinia from Sorso just north of Sassari to the village of Costa Paradiso.
Coastal map 8 covers the Emerald Coast (Costa Smeralda) just north of Olbia, including the Maddalena Archipelago National Park (Isola La Maddalena).
Coastal map 9 covers the city of Olbia and its surrounding area including part of the Monte Albo massif.
Coastal map 10 covers the Gulf of Orosei from Orosei in the north to Baunei in the south, including the towns of Dorgali, Cala Gonone, and Urzulei. This map covers part of the Supramonte Mountains, and the Monte Albo massif.
Coastal map 11 covers a large part of the Ogliastra region, including the towns of Tortoli, Quirra, Jerzu, Cardedu, and Lanusei.
Coastal map 12 covers to the the eastern half of the Sarrabus Mountains, including the Sette Fratelli-Monte Genas Regional Park situated to the east of Cagliari.
