Riglos rock climbing photograph

Some climbers on the classic Cima del Puro

The photograph shows some climbers on the classic Cima del Puro, a cigar shaped section of rock that stands free of the main cliff and reaches about half height on the Pisón. The photograph shows the typical climbing style found at Riglos. On many of the routes the line is up waves of rock, a bulge followed by a ledge then another bulge and so on.

This photograph was taken by T. Carasol and it appears in the Riglos Vertical rock climbing guidebook by Chema Agustin and Miguel Carasol. Buy this rock climbing guidebook for Riglos from our shop.

Chema Agustin has also written another book called Rigloramic that is as a plastic creation book of the Mallos de Riglos and includes many interesting illustrations.
